I was thoroughly disappointed in my purchase! Although the glass was intact when it arrived, the MDF frame was separated in all four corners. I dont mean there was a gap between the pieces, I mean all 4 pieces of the frame were no longer connected to each other! Also, the backing was barely attached. All of the staples used to attach the cardboard backing to the frame had passed completely through the backing. I literally had to reconstruct the entire mirror! I rejoined the frame using an appropriate adhesive, and added some staples for added rigidity. Once the glue cured, I used an epoxy to set the mirror in the frame, then added the backing. I also added heavy duty mirror mounts to the upper and lower parts of the frame so it could be securely mounted to a wall. Overall, terrible!
I honestly cannot believe this giant mirror is so reasonably priced. The frame is wide and substantial, giving it the look of a much more expensive mirror. The frame colour Champagne is very soft -- it looks very high end and blends so nicely with all my hardware. I highly recommend this mirror.

The "wood" is the plastic wood. Each corner where they join together has big gaps. One of the gaps has a chip. From the reviews, I was expecting better. You get what you pay for.
