It was very professionally packed and came within a week

I purchased the champagne mirror. Looks beautiful, seems sturdy.

The reason why i gave 4 & not 5 is only because there was an issue with the back popping out slightly from the mirror however not horrible and somewhat fixable. I was skeptical because i never heard of this site before but all reviews were great. However the mirror is gorgeous ! It came in great timing ! The sale i purchased it during i felt it was reasonably priced. Packed well! No cracks scratches etc! Highly recommend if your looking for a high end looking floor mirror!

I received the mirror and really love how it looks in the space we put it in. The bevels on the frame catch the light in a really beautiful manner. My only complaint is in the spirit of improving the experience with this company I would suggest that if the product was not going to be delivered in the time space that was published when I bought it(7-10 days) then I should have received an email update letting me know. I had to go back and seek out what the status was on shipping on my own and that was frustrating.Not only that, it took 3 weeks to ship and then a week delay with fedex because of weather( not your fault of course)So all in all it took a month to the day to get it. But I will say it was worth the wait but its a good thing I was not in a hurry to get it. Thanks!

Prompt customer service. A very nice product.

I ordered this mirror and it said it was damaged in shipping. Then it said it delivered but it actually was delivered back to the company. We did not receive any information or a refund for the mirror. We have tried to contact asking when we will receive the new mirror or get a refund and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. Seems like a scam! Highly disappointed and dissatisfied

I never received my order

I never leave reviews but feel compelled to with this company. I put this mirror for my living room on 11/5 and it arrived on 11/11. I did not like the mirror in person. I called to have the item returned. Customer service was awful. If you have to return an item keep in mind you are responsible to ship the item back at your own expense and also pay a 20% restocking fee. I will never buy anything else from this company again and the customer service rep seemed like she could care less. I would advice you to take your business to reputable companies that have a better return process without any hassle.

I bought this mirror to add a different color to my bedroom... true to color and perfect size... love the Rose Gold look with my all white/silver deco...

The Mosaic floor mirror is really beautiful and adds a little something extra to my room. I chose the black to accent my sage room. I am very happy with my purchased.

Order this mirror and waited weeks for it to be delivered and it never arrived. I Contact the customer service and they was absolutely no help at all. They canceled my order after 5 weeks just because the mirror was out of stock. I had to wait additional week to receive my refund. Absolutely ridiculous! I was even compensated for the inconvenience. Again Ridiculous!

This mirror is absolutely stunning! It is heavy and feels WAY more expensive than the price would have you believe. It was worried how it would arrive - buying a mirror online... but I had NOTHING to worry about! It was packaged SO well! Im a photographer and I bought this for my studio. I plan to buy another in the future for my home!

This mirror is absolutely gorgeous! I love the rose gold color. My room is grey, rose gold and black. This was the finishng touch to my room. And he mirror came so fast! I ordered on a Friday 11/29 and I received it on Sunday 12/1!
