Really pretty mirror. The mirror was safe and sound. No chips or cracks in it. Packaging was great. Shipping was fast too.

This mirror is absolutely gorgeous! We are absolutely thrilled with it. The only thing about it, is that it is very heavy, Im surprised with some of the other reviews that states that it is not because it is quite heavy. We bought it to hang on the wall, but it is going to end up as a floor mirror because it really is too heavy to hang on a wall. But other than that its absolutely stunning and were considering buying another one for our bedroom

This company customer service is horrible. Mirror took forever to arrive and FedEx dumped knowing the box sounds of broken glass.

Champagne! I must RAVE about this company and this gorgeous mirror! My order arrived in 2 days! I was super excited... until we went to move this huge box. The carrier miss handled it and my mirror was shattered. I immediately contacted the company and attached pictures and full details in an email. Again they amazed me and sent me a new mirror! Again only a few days till it arrived. With my heart pounding as we opened it and oh my goodness! The beauty astounded me! Already received so many compliments. It is hung on my dining room wall with well secured attached hardware. It takes two to hang it. LOVE LOVE LOVE this item and will recommend this company!!!

So I love the style of this mirror. It makes a dramatic statement. However, the champagne is more like bronze, not champagne. If I knew it was going to come in a more bronze shade, I wouldve picked the black mosaic color. It doesnt really match and I wanted a neutral color, like champagne. Not returning it though, it is too much work and the mirror is heavy. But I do love the mosaic look. And it is of great quality.

The quality is not good, they make you pay the shipping to return it which is double what the mirror cost. Save your money and look elsewhere

The mirror is absolutely beautiful and just what I was looking for. I was really disappointed in the shipping. I was supposed to receive my item on a Monday and had to email then because I found my order was never shipped out to me. It took another week and a half to come and I missed a design deadline because of this.

Looks great in my bedroom, better than I imagined it would look. I love it!

Unfortunately, my shipments arrived broken twice. I ordered a third time and hopefully it will work the third time. Just wish they were more helpful because it is already heavy and hard to carry up and down just to have to dispose of it.

Mirror is stunning. I ordered the silver and it gives my foyer a POP of pizazz! packing was awesome and I like that you could hang it either way.

The mirror showed up at my door broken into pieces

This mirror pictured is not how the actual product even looks. Save your money and buy from legitimate companies. Return policy is terrible. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back and also has to pay 20-50% restocking fee. Not worth it. Regret buy from this website!!!

The mirror was delivered broken, which I believe to be the fault of the carrier - not this company. Sadly though, I requested a replacement and instead a refund was processed. Which, if someone would have explained why they couldnt send me a new one then maybe that would have been fine too... but every email response just kept repeating that a refund was processed with no further detail. Plus at one point they said to avoid such instance in future delivery we are not providing a replacement. (even though a review from a few months ago mentions receiving a replacement.) Now I dont think Im willing to risk the hassle of trying to order again since they dont seem to be very confident that it wont be broken again. Which is very disappointing because the frame looked beautiful!

Champagne color and size is perfect, delivery was fast and packaged very well, no damage.

It came in a very secure box and it is even prettier in person i love this mirror and will consider getting another
