I was thoroughly disappointed in my purchase! Although the glass was intact when it arrived, the MDF frame was separated in all four corners. I dont mean there was a gap between the pieces, I mean all 4 pieces of the frame were no longer connected to each other! Also, the backing was barely attached. All of the staples used to attach the cardboard backing to the frame had passed completely through the backing. I literally had to reconstruct the entire mirror! I rejoined the frame using an appropriate adhesive, and added some staples for added rigidity. Once the glue cured, I used an epoxy to set the mirror in the frame, then added the backing. I also added heavy duty mirror mounts to the upper and lower parts of the frame so it could be securely mounted to a wall. Overall, terrible!

I honestly cannot believe this giant mirror is so reasonably priced. The frame is wide and substantial, giving it the look of a much more expensive mirror. The frame colour Champagne is very soft -- it looks very high end and blends so nicely with all my hardware. I highly recommend this mirror.

The "wood" is the plastic wood. Each corner where they join together has big gaps. One of the gaps has a chip. From the reviews, I was expecting better. You get what you pay for.

This item was packed very very well. Very nice nir.

This was a Christmas gift for my niece. I was very pleased to see how the mirror was packaged. Although the box had some damages, it didnt affect the styrofoam material. It was very durable and undamaged inside the box. I was worried about how the large item would be packaged and handled by delivery. The Mirror arrived without any damage to it!!!!

Customer service is miserable. I cancelled the order within 24 hours of placing it due to the delay in receipt (more than 6 weeks) that was never identified on the website. Customer service never acknowledged cancellation and all I have received to date is a bunch of form emails every time I reply. know that I have disputed the charges on my credit card and am waiting for you to respond with a shipping label. I will not pay restocking feee as I cancelled the order, your website is misleading and inaccurate as it pertains to delivery time. I will never do business with you again and plan to lodge a complaint on yelp and BBB

Looks gorgeous. We have it hung in our bedroom and it has brightened up the place surely. On time delivery and good safe packaging.

Received this mirror two days ago and I love it! It was so well packaged, it arrived with no scratches or cracks! Easy to hang, has convenient hooks to hang vertical or horizontal. Great value! Thank you.

My room looks larger with the feeling of depth added by this large mirror. The crystal clear images on this refined, flawless glass are realistic and elevate the visual impact of the room interiors. The frame is solid, durable, and its espresso finish is just perfect in my home.

The amount of time it took to arrive was ridiculous. I order the mirror on April 30 and it did not arrive until June 12. I contacted the company on May 28 only to find out there was a delay. It would have been nice if someone would have reached out to me first. I cant describe my experience without first commenting on service and shipping.

I am extremely disappointed. After waiting 6 weeks for my item to ship received a black framed mirror. I ordered white. To make matters worse there is a defect in the frame. I will not be ordering from OJ Commerce again

The mirror was damaged on three corners. The mitered joint was completely separated on one corner. I had to buy and screw corner braces on and then use white silicon to fill the 1/8 inch gaps. Very disappointing as it was completely wrapped and there was no apparent damage to the shipping box.

I have ordered the item April 27 and today is May 7,2020 til this day the order status says processing. I have contacted customer service repeatedly but no response through email and phone number!!! First and last time on this site.

This was a nice size for the price.

The mirror is nice and the frame is well made.
