I had to email the company multiple times, their service is poor. Customer service is not a service. Waited weeks and they didnt even give me the correct information, I had to correct them on where the mirror was. Their emails sound Robotic. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

I originally bought this mirror in natural wood and was SO excited and 3 days after my purchase I recieved an email saying I canceled the order. I freaked out thinking I was hacked or some mistake was made so I contacted the company immediately. When I finally heard back from them it was a short almost rude email saying we are out of stock and its sold out. Nothing more. So I decided Id purchase the white one. After a week and a half of not hearing anything about shipping date or anything I contacted them and recieved a generic message about it was on backorder, which is completely fine but just not sure why I had to reach out to them? Maybe Im just asking too much and wanting friendly non auto generated emails that have some care to them. Oh well. Thats my story. The mirror is big like i was hoping, when they finally shipped it shipping was quick. It is a little fun house mirror though. Mine happens to make you look thinner so I call it my Harry Potter Mirror of Erised because its how Im hoping I look when I lose about 10lbs ha. If youre quite far away from it and look into though you are all out of whack with either a tiny head and long body or vise versa. I wouldnt order from here again simply because customer service means a lot to me.

I ordered the "natural" color. The shipping was fast and the packaging was great. There was just one little problem the color is not as bright as it looks like in the picture. Other than that its a great mirror.

I ordered the Naomi Home Rustic Floor Mirror - It is gorgeous and a beautiful addition to my new walk in closet. After I placed my order, I read some reviews where people said their mirror arrived damaged. So I panicked and tried to cancel my order! You will never get anyone to answer the phone-But they will respond if you email. That is my only criticism. However, Im glad I was unsuccessful in cancelling because my very large mirror arrived in perfect condition and I love it! OJCommerce also had the best price for large mirrors like this. I checked everywhere online and you will not find a mirror this size for under $200. Thank you!

Mirror arrived on time, was packed very well. Id say I wish it was a bit sturdier, but it isnt flimsy by all means. The mirror clarity is alright, there are some speckles that I cant get off, but you can only see them from a certain angle. I absolutely adore that this mirror already matches my bed set. For the price, this is exactly what I wanted. Very happy with my purchase.
