This futon is a stunning piece. 5-6 in comfort. More beauty than comfort but I did buy it for the look. Assembly: super easy BUT...the screws and washers were loose inside sofa instead of a bag. Had to tilt the sofa several times to get them out. Never found the 4th washer! I love the sofa...disliked customer service strongly. I guess I forgot to put my apt#... Chat told me to contact FedEx to update the address but FedEx said only shipper could update. 30min wait to speak to customer service only for them to tell me "it is not their policy to change the address...contact FedEx again"...found out OJCommerce would be charge an additional $15-$20 to change after shipping..I would have paid it if offered. After arguing with FedEx auto system several times, spoke with someone, added apt#...

A very modern-looking and well-designed futon, this unit is spacious and looks cool in our living room. I can easily convert this to a bed and back and this has made it convenient to host sleepovers. Very soft cushions and I like the coziness and warmth offered by the elegant, durable, tear-resistant upholstery. Maintenance is a snap and I like this sofa.

I can easily add sleeping space with this convertible futon and we are no longer worried about sleepovers. With multiple reclining positions, I love to lean back on movie-nights and this sofa keeps me relaxed. The PU faux-leather is very gentle and the cushions are great on my muscles. I am able to easily wipe clean and ensure there are no stains picked up by this sofa. I am glad I bought this futon.

We purchased 2 of these for our small inn and love their modern look and level of comfort. They fit nicely in the space and look exactly as pictured. As they are futons, be mindful that they are lower to the ground than a traditional sofa or seating. Would highly recommend. Im only sorry we cannot afford to purchase more at this time as Id put them in all of our rooms!!!

Not made for people over 6ft. and when using as a bed its really hard and not very comfortable. Very low to the floor.

With its contemporary design and build, this compact futon sofa has given a luxurious upgrade to my one-bedroom pad. The seat is cozy and great to huddle with my friends during a movie night. The frame is sturdy and well-balanced and the cushions are very supportive and comfy. We all sleep well on this wonderful bed and it feels as good as a regular bed.

This sofa brought modern styling and a sophisticated upgrade to our living room ambiance and it has carved out a visual niche for itself. The PU leather upholstery combines well with the chrome legs to integrate smoothly with the remaining furniture in our home. The cushions are soft and we all find it enjoyable to spend a few hours watching a movie, working or exchanging notes from the week. I like to convert this into a bed and doze off after a movie. We could assemble this sofa very comfortably and the quality of workmanship is amazing.

The sofa/ futon was sturdy and easy to assemble..It gives the living room a modern up to date feel..The sofa is firm and I like that. This is my second purchase from them ..it is a great value

I like to settle down on this sofa with my family for a few hours of catching up or catch-up TV. This sofa is very sturdy and the 3 reclining positions are great for me to spend entire afternoons in a relaxed setting. The cushions are soft and I provide excellent support to help me maintain a good posture that leaves me feeling fresh. I regularly convert this to a bed and like to doze off on this futon. This convertible sofa has also been very handy to host friends for a sleepover. I could assemble this futon very easily.

Looks great but I am 5ft 8 and its too short to sleep on. Great for small apartment and kids

My futon is broken and damaged

My brother sleeps like a log on this futon bed and says he loves the comfortable feel of the cushion. This futon is compact and also adds spacious additional seating in my apartment. The gray color finish of the PU faux leather upholstery adds class and refinement to the ambiance in my room. This futon is strong and sturdy and my pet and I compete to lounge on it.
