The loveseat is comfortable but a bit firmer than I expected. It took some time to get used to.

I love sitting down and also occasionally curling up on this comfy and cozy loveseat. The cushion is soft and the padding on the back and sides provide great support. This solid and well-built loveseat makes a statement in our room without taking up a lot of floor space and I love it. We found all the parts conveniently organized in the zippered compartment on the back and it was quite a simple assembly by just following the instructions provided.

To whom it may concern, I bought the above item (thru online Walmart and OJCommerce as third party seller) as a gift to my daughter that is now 6 months pregnant. The item is defective (The back rest is missing the side roles) which does not allow me to properly assembly the chair. I have contacted your company via phone and costumer service form (on your direct website) numerous times and nothing has been resolved. This is my last attempt to get this matter resolved, otherwise I will put a dispute on my credit card to have the money back. OJCommerce has not made an effort to help me and my needs as a costumer.
