Based on the comments I read on the BBB website, I wasnt too optimistic about receiving this item. But I received it sooner than I expected. There was no tracking information provided, but I did received the item within two weeks. The box was damaged when I receive it, and there were some holes on the bottom of the sofa. But there was no damage to the main parts of the sofa. Once the legs where attached, the sofa is not too solid. When you sit on the sofa its a bit wonky. My suspicion is that well need to remove or replace the legs sooner than later.

We bought this for under my daughters loft. It fits great, pretty comfortable. Her friends say its good to sleep on. Easy to unbox and put together less than ten minutes. Good quality especially for the price. *edit 1 year later. Im changing from five to four stars. Still cute, easy to clean and works well for a sleepover bed for kids. Exactly what I was looking for and less expensive than the alternatives in the same price range. I bought this to go into my tiny living room. Wanted some good seating when I am home and have the option for a additional bed if needed. This was the perfect size and comfortable. The assembly was easier than expected.

Button-tufted designs are my favorite for furniture and this futon exceeds my expectations as the black finish adds a luxurious element to my living room. We are generally a boisterous lot at home and my burly teenage son and my two labs have regularly tested and validated the strength and sturdiness of this couch! The soft cushion feels very comforting for sitting and sleeping and I enjoy sleeping on this futon.

If you have carpet, live alone and have to move furniture on your own, the legs break off no matter how careful you are. I am concerned it will collapse on my cats. Will be buying cinder blocks to put under it to protect my cats. Dont buy this. If they take the price down to $50, it might be worth that, but not more, $35 is more like it for the quality. Also packaged for shipping with only cardboard to protect it. Back cloth was torn from the box having something punctured through it. Dont buy this especially if you have small children or rambunctious children; it will collapse.

In a smaller living space, this futon sofa bed is a lifesaver. It provides extra seating during the day and converts into a comfortable bed at night without taking up much space

When my son moved to his new apartment, we wanted a couch and some extra sleeping space and this futon is just what we were looking for. It is spacious for sitting and feels very comfortable. It converts to a bed in a jiffy he says his friends like to hang out in his place because they find it very comfortable to sleep on this futon bed!

I was looking for a good couch for my small apartment and this has proved to be ideal. It is very good looking and elegant with the white color providing a soothing effect. The convenient extra bed is such a blessing as I have friends regularly sleeping over. The quality is good and the sofa feels quite strong. This futon gives good value for money.

This sofa/futon is perfect for smaller spaces. It took less than 5 minutes to put the legs on and start using it. It looks like a much more expensive piece. So much value for the price. The quality is excellent! The color is a true cream, not white not taupy. It is GORGEOUS!

I am really pleased with this futon overall! It was really easy to just screw the legs on! Its relatively comfortable! When it arrived it did have a slight stain on it from perhaps rubbing against a red sticker or something during the packaging of the item, but I let OJ commerce know and they offered either a full return or a partial return so I got $30 back which I thought was pretty good. It is a little close to the ground so my dad who is 6 feet tall wasnt as comfortable on it but Im 5 ft tall and its perfect for me! I would recommend it especially at this price!

Well worth the cost! First - this comes nearly fully assembled. My first futon came in pieces, required a TON of assembly, and was absolutely terrible to sit on. This futon only requires that you screw on the legs, and stand it up. EASY! Its also really nice to sit on. Using it as a daily bed? Probably not a great idea. Its very small. Futon arrived quickly, in excellent condition, right color. only had to put legs on. Sits nicely. Havent slept on it yet. Got it for our granddaughters visit.

Its an absolutely beautiful futon. Fabric is soft and chair is very comfortable. My 6yo granddaughter loves it. It only require legs to be be screwed in. THATS IT!! No tools needed. HOWEVER, one of the back legs broke off when turning it into a bed. She had only slept on it 3 times, and she only weighs 68lbs.
