The sofa isnt bad by any means, its a bit firm which i prefer anyways but the sitting space is a bit small. I also had an issue with the bolt holes for the front legs as they did not match up to the holes in the legs themselves. I had to loosely screw all of the bolts in a little at a time which took forever... All in all, for the money paid for it, its very nice and it will serve its purpose. I would never use this for something that will be used all the time but more like an extra place to sit and for a small person to sleep on.

Legs broke down in 3 months..reclining side loosened up in 2 months..its cheap but useless sofa...

Service with OJ was some of the WORST id ever experienced. It Its as if their phone lines system are a mere recording and a one man show that really does not work in an office but has calla transferred to him wherever he may be, and only when hes got time? In other words OJ operates lile a flim-flam biz (highly questionabl e).. The shipping of project shipping of and locating product once it was ahipped became an ordeal in andbof itself ro the point after 3wks i called my bank andbreported my online purchase with OJ due to questionable phone limes and only 1x getting ahold of someone live. Ibrequested of that person to have soneone call me back ref my being inconvenienced and tjheir being NO formal followup ref my purchase?

Our movie marathons and back to back games take a few hours at least and I can keep going without any aches and pains after I got this futon. The armrests with cupholders are a great thought and my husband and I relish sharing a few drinks as we enjoy our entertainment. The cushion is soft and the well-designed backrest provides gentle support to my muscles. I can conveniently convert this sofa into a bed and it is very cozy to sleep on the comfortable cushion.

The experience of receiving my order was ok giving the times we are in. The product was already together only had to add legs and put the armrests on, piece of cake so I really loved that. The only thing I have an issue with is to me its not that comfortable, but it is only a futon. My 9 year old daughter fell asleep on it without any problems. Its serving its purpose as a seating space for my small basement when Im washing clothes. I would recommend this product.

Purchased received within 48-72 hours, easy set up, my son loves it!

Someone who weighs less than 200 pounds sat down casually & the leg snapped off. Super disappointed

this is a great looking piece. it wasnt hard to put together, however i think the cup holder is broken. is it supposed to seperate like a a storage bin. It gets stuck in its position, and its not properly stapled. i got stuck with the staple, trying to close the cupholder and secure it. please give me feedback on the cupholder situation. other than that, it is perfect.

The product got delivered in less than 15 days and all the assembly intructions made it easy and fun to fix. Now the first thing my guests notice is this futon and I am just so proud of it!

The sofa came and was tiny. Made for a kids room at best. Wanted to return it but it was too heavy to pay shipping and a restocking fee, so I guess its mine. Lesson learned about buying furniture on line.

We are so very pleased with this sofa bed. First time purchasing from this website and it exceeded my expectations. Perfect size for a teen or small space/adult. So easy to put together a 15 yo girl had it done as I was making dinner! Will buy from again for sure!!

All that was expected, great quality

The futon serves the purpose of a seating area in my basement on laundry day and when my children has company. Its not the comfortable however my young daughter, 9 and her friend also 9 slept like babies.

My order had a month long delivery window but arrived in a week. The futon looks and feels great. Assembly was easy but we spent some time finding the parts in a zipper in the bottom of the futon itself.

A great buy for my game room. The leather feels luxurious and its sturdy enough for daily use.

This product is really good and very much value for the Money.. It was shipped as soon as I have ordered it. Delivery was sooper fast and surprisingly this time my wife assembled it in NO time without my assistance.. it was that easy to handle and move. Great product for a small apartment units as a main sofa.

This versatile futon is turning out to be a great addition to my living room. The armrests are well-positioned and the cushion is soft and comfortable. The upholstery is neat and easy to clean. The construction is sturdy and the metallic legs are very strong.

I bought it in white. The size is smaller than I expected, even though the measurements were presented correctly. But it is perfect for my needs. It does not take much space, it is very comfortable for sitting and probably for occasional sleeping (for a short person). Very functional, very, very easy to assemble. Great value for the money.

Nice nifty sofa. It is very easy to put together. I like the hidden compartment where the legs and screws were stored. It is light and well build.

Do not buy this futon. I have had it less than one year, and have only sat on it a total of maybe 10 times. I just sat on it yesterday and the whole entire wooden base split in half. It is unfixable. I am way below the weight limit. Unfortunately, there is only a 90 day warranty for the product, so I am now out $180. I see there are other reviews with similar experiences, do not buy this product.
