Bought this item for our 18 month old daughter. It arrived with several screws missing from the hinges and many others ready to fall out. I dont know if they ran out of the correct screw in the factory and they found a box of these laying around, but they are clearly not right. Kids are rough on stuff, so knowing that I would not recommend this item. OJ Commerce was very understanding and refunded me for the item.

Their website shows that they have stock, but they dont. I ordered this stool on December 5th while it was supposedly in stock. I called today and they told me it will not be in stock until Dec. 29! I told them that their website shows they have full stock and the representative just said that it needs to be updated, yet it has been showing In Stock for a while now. I cancelled my order. I cant give my money to businesses that mislead their customers.

My son loves to join me at the kitchen counter and has identified his own tasks that he would do to help his mommy from his spot on this stool. The height is perfect for him and the well-designed steps are convenient for him to safely climb up and balance without slipping. The frame is strong, sturdy, and balances very well on our floor. I can conveniently move this lightweight stool around by lifting it with its well-designed handles.

I purchased this item and immediately was concerned with the poor quality as my husband was building it. The side panels are very loose and it is not sturdy. We decided to give it a chance, but it slowly started to fall apart. All of the screws fell on the floor and my son would find them. We bought this in June 2020, and yesterday the entire panel fell off. We are unable to use this because it is about to completely fall apart and when my son leaned slightly on the side while standing in it he almost fell to the floor. This should not be happening after just four months. Our friends have a different brand and it is completely sturdy. The company will unfortunately not replace or help in anyway due to being pat the return date. I would consider a different brand.

The high-grade wood and high-quality build of this helper make it very sturdy and safe for my daughter. The design makes it easy for her to reach items on the counter and we enjoy bonding over many activities. She has now begun teaching me how to clean my dishes and I am glad she is patient with a slow learner like me!

Do not buy this. It is unsafe and horribly built. It uses 11 different hinges attached with 4 screws each. All 44 screws were stripped out and halfway backed out when it arrived. I had to completely rebuild the stool and repack all the screw holes with filler and wood glue. Even then, I do not have faith that it will not simply fall apart. The paint also scrapes off with a light scratch of a finger nail. I cannot trust this product to keep my child safe or withstand anything other than mild use. Go elsewhere.

Very poor quality. After just a few months this started to fall apart. The screws are all over the floor and side panel fell off. The company will not help because we are pst the return date. I would highly consider another more reputable brand and especially company.

Very simple to put together

My daughter joins me every day at our kitchen counter and has quickly progressed to taking over some tasks! She has learned to wash her bowl and spoons and gets her dishes ready whenever required. She also loves to "help me" wash our veggies and other items. This adjustable unit has grown with her and I am glad to see that she is now instructing her big brother on the right things to do!

This comes almost completely assembled. Folds up and stores away when not in use. Helps child feel independent and able to experience new things

I never heard of this website so when i googled reviews they were not the best but i took a chance and im so glad I did, It came in like a week and was pretty easy installation, my daughter loves it. great buy. I ordered espresso color and was scared it would come in like a ugly brown but its a nice dark brown almost black like in the picture. and you can adjust the height with some screws.

My son is happy to be up, but he knows how to lift bar and get in and out. Easier this way to keep a close eye on him. Was easy to construct. Came home neatly packed.

What I love most is how easy this stool is to clean. Its a breeze to wipe down after messy activities, making it a practical choice for kids
