I purchased this for my granddaughter who is undergoing extensive hip surgery and must lie flat for several weeks after.First impression is that it is long enough for her to lie flat on her back without having her feet overhang.It seems quite stiff, so a mattress topper must be used for comfort.The adjustable back is perfect for raising her head and back as she recuperates and is able to do so.Overall, this fits the bill for our immediate needs.

Black attracts constant dust. The chair itself looks good but is of poor quality. Next to nothing padding. You can actually feel the wood frame. The sides are not solid but move side to side. If you move it to much the chair wont last.
