She said it felt solid when she sat in it rocking to try it out. An for the money she was pleased. She said it didn’t look cheap or feel cheap. The only thing was she felt snug in it but she’s also 9 mo pregnant and put on a few pounds. She said once the baby gets here it will fit her and the baby perfectly. Although the reviews are good, I am very disappointed in this chair. There is a lack of attention to detail with the way the chair is constructed. One arm is 1/2 inch shorter than the other toward the back of the chair. That wouldn’t bother me except the side cushion/holder does not fit properly when snapped into the place. The cushion that should be on top of the chair hangs to the side. The chair bottom cushion and the cushion for the ottoman are hopelessly dented from where they were placed during shipping. I don’t see them returning to their regular shape. Given the poor quality of the foam, I don’t expect it to last very long. One of the holes for the screws was so poorly drilled that I had to file it down with a metal file for some time to finally be able to get the screw to fit. The chair has quite the chemical smell to it. The fabric and wood are both dirty. None of the chair feels “clean.” It’s cute chair, but I should have remember the old axiom that “you get what you pay for.” Unfortunately, I assembled this chair so I am not able to return it.

Bought this chair for a Christmas present and it is comfortable and good looking. Only issue is the screws used are weak and the chair broke after less than a month of use. The primary user is approx 175lbs so it’s not an overloading issue either. After repairing with strong screws it works well again. Overall happy with the chair but less than pleased with construction quality.

The item is defective (The back rest is missing the side roles) which does not allow me to properly assembly the chair. I have contacted your company via phone and costumer service form (on your direct website) numerous times and nothing has been resolved. I have tightened hardware repeatedly and it just loosens not long after. I do not trust it with my wife alone, 120 pounds, let alone with our newborn with her. To make matters worse, it has left black streaks on our white carpet because of the faulty hardware. I’m not sure if it’s grease or what, but it’s a mess. Based on previous reviews, maybe we were just unlucky with our order. Regardless, it’s currently sitting in our basement awaiting our townships bulk trash pick up. Very dissappointing.

This was a gift for my baby shower. It worked well for a few months, and then the quality deteriorates quickly. I started using this product to rock my child asleep, and it worked well for a while. Now, despite retightening the bolts, it still creaks, and makes a popping noise, when barely rocking and not even getting close to the ends of the track. It is not even 5 months. Very disappointed.

total disappointment on the color of the rocking chair the picture shows a more natural color that they have listed as Pecan but when open box it is more of a Dark Honey. The return process was good as far as getting a response for the authorization code but just remember that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee. I paid $144.00 total for the rocker the cheapest shipping was 120.00 I as for a return label but was given the page where it indicates that customer is responsible for shipping and they would not send me a shipping label.To ship back I would actually be in the negative and have no rocker. Do to there not so much consideration I will not be ordering from them again.
