The futon is beautiful, well worth the price. Just be aware of the measurements as it is shorter than the length of a twin bed and sheets are hard to find. My Grandson is tall and I am afraid he will not fit, it seems like it will be comfortable otherwise.

Ordering through these people was a nightmare it took a month of nothing but lies they took a 72 old woman and brought her to her knees and sent my money back to an account that doesn’t even exist anymore so I’ve lost my couch that was supposed to be delivered and my money do not order from these people do not if you do you will regret it!!!!!!!

I find myself winding down and enjoying the soft massaging feel of the cushion in all 3 positions of this futon. It is very easy to adjust the backrest and there is ample space for sitting on this couch. The quality of my sleep is wonderful on this futon and I like the gentle feel of the faux leather upholstery. This well-built futon complements the other furniture in my home very well.

Very easy to assemble. Fits in the space as expected. The only issue I had was the hardware was zipped in the back of the futon but there was nothing telling you where it was located. My daughter unzipped the zipper in the back and found it stached in the rear.

This has been the worst nightmare in our life it’s been 3 weeks we still have not received the couch I will never order from these people again take my advice do not order anything if you want to get it now I cannot get my money back or get the package because it’s being investigated they have screwed this up so much I may not order from anyone again it’s been a horrible horrible experience !!!!

This is a great multipurpose piece of furniture for my small home and has proved great for hosting small parties followed by a sleepover. The build is sturdy and high-quality while the soft and plush cushions are resilient and durable. I could easily clean and prevent stains on the top-class upholstery and it has impressed for its smooth and gentle finish. I could assemble this futon very easily and the instructions well-written.

I’m so disappointed with this item. First, it took more than a month to arrive. Each time I called to check the status of my order I was given a new delayed ship date. All while being told the item was in stock in the warehouse. Finally, after waiting weeks and weeks, the item arrived damaged. There was no damage to the box it was shipped in. This tells me that the item was damaged in the warehouse before or during being packaged for shipping. Really? You took so many weeks to finally get around to shipping it, but you couldn’t take an extra 5 minutes to package it carefully without damaging it? Smh. I haven’t even bothered to put it together yet.

It is a gorgeous futon. It looks really nice with my furniture, and the white is clean. I rated it 4 because the back holes to screw in the legs were not drilled properly. One had a nail in it from the black fabric in the back, and the other I had to screw on slanted.

I am very disappointed in the packaging. The futon was received with a puncture/tear in the leather due to the lack of protection around the futon. The box was punctured in several area, and several actual tears in the cardboard about 1 foot long, all sides. I have written to OJCommerce about this and will await a response. This is unfortunate because the actual futon is exactly what we wanted, and is comfortable.
