The shipping was so quick and the mirror was superbly packaged – it took me ages to unpack from all the cardboard, polystyrene etc but it was well worth it as the mirror was totally unblemished or damaged. The mirror itself is a very pretty and interesting design which looks really nice hanging horizontally in our bathroom above two sinks. OJ Commerce had the best price on this item. The mirror was well packed, so no need to be nervous about shipping. I chose the gold, which is closer to champagne in low light, but it still has enough gleam for my tastes. The beveled edge is a nice touch for leaning mirrors at this price point. You will not find one in this size for less online-not to mention free shipping! The mirror, itself, is viewer-friendly–images do not suffer distortion. I highly recommend a mirror of this size if you are trying to make a small space feel larger. A well-placed lamp near your mirror will also add tons of light at night! I will shop here again.

This mirror would have been perfect if the color in the picture matched the actual color of the item. It is a much lighter gold but still pretty. But if your looking for the exact match. That’s a no go. Still a keeper.

The mirror is absolutely beautiful and just what I was looking for. I was really disappointed in the shipping. I was supposed to receive my item on a Monday and had to email then because I found my order was never shipped out to me. It took another week and a half to come and I missed a design deadline because of this.

I have placed a couple of potted plants and added some lighting with this mirror in my bedroom. My bedroom looks straight out of my dreams as I wake up on some days and I am thrilled. My husband helped to move and set up this mirror as it is a little heavy. Both of us were amazed at the effort that had gone into the packaging to ensure the mirror was not damaged in transit. This company customer service is horrible. Mirror took forever to arrive and FedEx dumped knowing the box sounds of broken glass.

So I love the style of this mirror. It makes a dramatic statement. However, the champagne is more like bronze, not champagne. If I knew it was going to come in a more bronze shade, I would’ve picked the black mosaic color. It doesn’t really match and I wanted a neutral color, like champagne. Not returning it though, it is too much work and the mirror is heavy. But I do love the mosaic look. And it is of great quality.

I was surprised at how quickly this item was shipped and delivered…It arrived 3 days after I ordered it! The mirror looked exactly how I expected it to look and the quality is good, but it has a scratch on one side of the mirror that is more than a foot long, which was not great. The item was packaged really well, so it was definitely a defect prior to shipping.

I ordered this mirror and it said it was damaged in shipping. Then it said it delivered but it actually was delivered back to the company. We did not receive any information or a refund for the mirror. We have tried to contact asking when we will receive the new mirror or get a refund and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. Seems like a scam! Highly disappointed and dissatisfied

I never leave reviews but feel compelled to with this company. I put this mirror for my living room on 11/5 and it arrived on 11/11. I did not like the mirror in person. I called to have the item returned. Customer service was awful. If you have to return an item keep in mind you are responsible to ship the item back at your own expense and also pay a 20% restocking fee. I will never buy anything else from this company again and the customer service rep seemed like she could care less. I would advice you to take your business to reputable companies that have a better return process without any hassle.

I received the mirror and really love how it looks in the space we put it in. The bevels on the frame catch the light in a really beautiful manner. My only complaint is in the spirit of improving the experience with this company I would suggest that if the product was not going to be delivered in the time space that was published when I bought it(7-10 days) then I should have received an email update letting me know. I had to go back and seek out what the status was on shipping on my own and that was frustrating.Not only that, it took 3 weeks to ship and then a week delay with fedex because of weather( not your fault of course)So all in all it took a month to the day to get it. But I will say it was worth the wait but its a good thing I was not in a hurry to get it. Thanks!

I ordered this mirror on 04/28/2020. The tracking information said it was damaged during shipment (I never received it) so it was returned by FedEx to OJCommerce. I was never notified by OJCommerce. I have tried numerous(!) times to contact them to ask them status on the mirror I purchased, but have yet to hear ANY response from them. I sent them another email today indicating how frustrated I was that I haven’t heard from them and to just cancel the order. Oddly enough, they sent me a customer satisfaction survey asking about my delivery, which I never received. While I really wanted this mirror for my daughter’s room, I would suggest looking at another company and save yourself a headache. Sounds like I’m not the first one in this situation either. Move on!

Well , although it was very nicely packed, i thought the mirror was not what I expected. I purchased the copper one, it is extremelly shiny , like a brand new super shinny penny. It looks a bit tacky and cheap. I am trying to get used to, my husband left the big empty box outside of my door and unfortunatelly next morning it was not there, so I am not sure i can return it. Not sure if all colors are this shinny as the copper one. I would prefer more opaque that give a bit of chic look

I ordered this mirror a month ago. They sent me a silver one instead of champagne one. So I had to re-pack and returned it. I ordered Champagne color again for the second time. It took them about 2 weeks to send me one but it was completely broken when I got it. Packaging was not as good as the first one. They told me to trash it and gave me a refund. Living in an apartment in NYC and moving this very heavy package in the building was very stressful. So I asked them to offer me a small discount on my third order but they never responded on my suggestion. I am sure the mirror is beautiful if you receive it in one piece. I was afraid to go through the stress again, so I made a third order with a smaller and lighter mirror. It came in a good condition.
