I bought the Naomi Home Floor Mirror for our only granddaughter for her birthday. I received it in about a week, and it arrived in perfect condition!!!!!!! It is absolutely beautiful--- the price was fair because the quality is awesome. It is a beautiful piece of furniture. Because of the quality, the price, the service I have received I will be a loyal customer. You dont see great customer service much anymore. This is a beautiful mirror however the frame was broke when I got it. It was packaged great. Not sure how it happened! Too much of a hassle to send it back. My husband is going to try and fix it. Probably not the best idea to have a mirror shipped.

Please read the return policy at the bottom of their web page and inspect your item immediately upon receipt! I ordered this item as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. We didnt think about opening it since it was a gift. On Christmas morning when we opened it, it was broken. Since I was out of my 30 day return window to return it, I had to trash the mirror. They would not accept it back for an exchange.

I received this mirror and the border was broken. Seems like good quality and looks great except for the cracked border :(

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. Though the quality was good, the color advertised was not correct. We returned the mirror and was charged the following Details: MERCHANDISE:109.99;RESTOCKING:-22.00;DISCOUNT:-11.00. Not sure what they mean by DISCOUNT 11:00, but because the color they advertised is wrong, I lost $33.00. I was going to reorder another color for her, but Ill shop elsewhere.

Save your money. Bad quality. The corners do not touch each other, there are decently sized, very noticeable holes/cracks and the mirror is wobbly in the frame.

I took 2 weeks to arrive and it came damaged in all the corners

The seams of each corner are not sealed leaving a gap at each corner. This detail was overlooked and makes a big difference in the quality.

Mirror came with the entire backing coming off. I had to spent forever stapling it back together. Not happy at all!

The wooden frame for the mirror is poorly put together (large open seam where the wood should meet at the corners). Mirror is otherwise fine, but for the price I expect the frame to be flush and seamless.

Ive found various uses for this floor mirror, from checking my outfit before leaving the house to brightening up a room. Its a versatile addition to my home

I purchased this mirror and it came cracked. I actually saw the same type of damage review and thought it wouldnt happen again and made the purchase. I was wrong, it came exactly in the same condition someone else mentioned on their review. Save yourself a $$$ and buy from somewhere else. Also customer support is not helpful at all. I would give 0 star if had given an option.

I appreciate that this mirror is easy to move and position wherever I need it. Its portability is a plus, and it allows me to change up my space as I see fit

The glass is clear, the images are very realistic and this mirror accents our library to create a picture-perfect ambiance. Our study room looks larger after we added this mirror and I am pleased.
