There is a pleasant and cheerful vibe in our study with the added brightness from this elegant full-length mirror. The frame looks impressive and this is a lovely decorative piece in our study. The glass is clear, the images are very realistic and this mirror accents our library to create a picture-perfect ambiance. Our study room looks larger after we added this mirror and I am pleased.

Item came with defective parts and suppliers solution is that I send the item back which burdensome and an issue! Item comes in 4 boxes that were glued shut, so they become useless once opened. Not sure why they are unable to provide replacement parts. I order 2 beds which came with 3 defects. 1st, the chest drawer has a defective drawer, 3 parts were improperly drilled, so I am unable to assemble. 2nd defect, item came with side rails with unacceptable, course with cracks all over them. 3rd the beds main support rails developed cracks when you tighten the screws, making one question the structural integrity. Supplier claims to provide replacement parts on their site, so they are clearly not reputable.

I ordered this bed for my son on November 13th because we were moving to a new house and his room was going to be on the small side. I never got an order confirmation so I called a few days later and they told me it was on backorder. It finally arrived on November 27th but the bed was the wrong color (other two boxes were in the right color). After several days of calls and emails to customer service, I was told I needed to return the wrong bed and the right one would be sent but it was on back order until Dec 16th. I am not happy with this experience at all but I have put the dresser together and the quality seems sturdy and solid so I am excited for when we finally do get the bed and my son cant wait to have a bed to sleep in.

The desk is study-friendly and provides a dedicated space for homework and creative projects. Its made studying more enjoyable for our child

We are very pleased with the Naomi Home loft bed. The construction is sturdy, and the full-length guardrails ensure our childs safety while sleeping. The twin size accommodates a standard mattress comfortably. Assembly was straightforward with the provided instructions. Excellent quality and value!

This bed is spacious and my daughter looks very comfortable sleeping on it. I am particular about safety and like the well-designed side-rails as they keep her from rolling over. The wood is of high quality and my daughter is safe on this sturdy and strong bed. The shelves are roomy and my daughter has organized her items to create a beautiful display on them. The pullout desk is perfect for her to work on her laptop and study. The drawers move softly and seamlessly to make it easy for her to stack them to the brim with her toys and accessories. This good-looking bed is amazing in my daughters room.

Great space saving design. The pieces can be set up as seen in the pictures, or you can move the bookshelf and dresser to other areas. The desk has to be installed as is. Love that theres an option to install the ladder on the left or the right side.We bought two of these beds. My husband, with my assistance, assembled the first bed in about an hour and a half (not including the dresser which took about an hour on its own), the second bed took less than forty minutes to assemble, and the dresse

I ordered this set back on April 18, 2021. It is now June 1st and I still have not received the set. I have tried calling multiple times and each call was responded by young women with very bad attitudes. I submitted an email back in May and received an email response informing me that someone will research the delay and get back to me. I have not heard anything from anyone with the exception of those I spoke with during my phonecards. At the time of my calls it was suggested that I cancel my purchase order and shop elsewhere. I find that to be horrible advice and poor work practices. I have attempted to speak with management only to be told supervisors do not speak with customers. Would like to know is this a real business or did I get scammed by crooks?

I ordered this bed a month ago. It said it shipped out and I got a tracking number. No one notified me Fedex cancelled the order, I found out by tracking it myself. I contacted them they said oh, it was on backorder and gave me a new ship date and said I will review confirmation when it ships. Okay no problem, its the holidays I get it. I contacted them a few after the expected ship date and they said they had to track the package then I get an email that they completely cancelled my order but wouldnt tell me why. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and noone would answer the phone. Came on here and it says everything is in stock. If its all in stock then why was my order cancelled?!.

Our child loves that they have a space to personalize and call their own. The loft bed allows them to express their style and interests.

This looks exactly how the pictures do. Building it was fine with only a couple areas that took a little to long to figure out but in all it came together beautifully.

This bed is so cool!! My son loves it. Was not difficult at all to put together. No damages of any kind on parts. Seems to be pretty sturdy. Came in pretty quick after ordering. The whole design was such a good idea and overall well worth it!

Packed really well for shipping, we had all the parts and absolutely no damage. Also came 2 days earlier than expected. It took about 5 hours for my husband and I to put together. Seems like very sturdy quality. My 6 year old daughter is so excited! She moved in right away and has been thanking me for days. We used a yoga mat on the floor underneath in the fort crawlspace, its the perfect size. Very compact and fits our space perfectly, just exactly as represented on the website. I will recommend to anyone!
