Upon receipt we found that this sofa did not meet our expectations. It took only one phone call to be sent a return shipping label. Having to provide original packing materials proved difficult since the original box was badly torn (though no damage to product) and we did end up paying for return shipping (cost was deducted from refund), I do nevertheless appreciate the no-questions-asked-return policy.

I have not received all of the pieces and the delivery was horrible. It was left outside in the rain and they didnt even ring the doorbell.

The futon was much smaller then what was anticipated and the delivery men left the box in front of my house without anyone signing for it. I was very displeased as I had to wait for my son to arrive to take it in my home.

After I discovered how refreshed I feel after sleeping on this futon, I decided to do away with my bed and this futon is better than any bed I have used before. It is very compact and looks good in my 1 room apartment and the tufted design of the upholstery with the black color finish gives it a luxurious feel. The metal legs are excellent and this sturdy futon feels safe as I love to crash on it after some of my long days.

The product came fast and on time and was not damaged at all!

I ordered this on a Friday, and literally recieved it two days later. Im very happy with it, and assembly was a breeze.

There is a refreshing and modern vibe to this futon that is so attractive and looks awesome in our living room. There is spacious seating available and my lab approves of these plush seats. It is easy to convert this into a bed for sleepovers and my social life is showing signs of an uptick since I got this futon. The build is strong and this high-quality unit is very strong and sturdy. I am impressed with this futon.

It is a gorgeous futon. It looks really nice with my furniture, and the white is clean. I rated it 4 because the back holes to screw in the legs were not drilled properly. One had a nail in it from the black fabric in the back, and the other I had to screw on slanted.

Overall experience with OJ Commerce has been good. The couch I ordered was on back order, and received six weeks later. A customer care associate followed up with an email letting me know the item was on back order. The couch was worth the wait! Item was received in excellent condition! I highly recommend ordering from OJ Commerce. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I bought this sofa for my office. It was so easy to assemble. This sofa is classy and elegant. The delivery was fast 2 days! To my surprise it had a hide away pocket. This sofa is very comfortable to sleep on when I take my lunch break, since Im on my feet all day. Love it, love it, thanks. I first shopped at all the major stores, nothing compared to the Naomi sofa when it came to the quality, style and price...

I purchased a few days for my bedroom office..after a few weeks of price and quality comparing..i decided on this futon..I was pleasantly surprised once we easily set it up..really sturdy..looks chic..fits perfect in small space...great purchase.

I am very disappointed in the packaging. The futon was received with a puncture/tear in the leather due to the lack of protection around the futon. The box was punctured in several area, and several actual tears in the cardboard about 1 foot long, all sides. I have written to OJCommerce about this and will await a response. This is unfortunate because the actual futon is exactly what we wanted, and is comfortable.

Ordered 2 and way better than expected! They look really nice, are pretty comfortable & took 5 minutes to put together. Definitely worth it!

This convertible sofa bed saves me a lot of space and is very comfortable. The bed is very convenient when friends sleepover after game nights. The quality of the faux leather is good and it looks good in my living room. My beagle and I love this sofa.

I find that this sofa is good quality, sturdy and quite easy to assemble. My husband and I enjoy chilling out on this sofa after reclining the backrest to the lounge position under our skylight window. The cushion is nice and upholstery is soft; especially comfortable during movie marathons. It is also a very convenient bed. Great futon sofa...

The futon is beautiful, well worth the price. Just be aware of the measurements as it is shorter than the length of a twin bed and sheets are hard to find. My Grandson is tall and I am afraid he will not fit, it seems like it will be comfortable otherwise.
