I was looking for a sleeper sofa for my apartment, and this was the perfect choice. The assembly was quick and easy, and I love how the chaise can be switched from left to right depending on the room layout.

I bought this with the intention of having something comfy to lay on with my boyfriend to watch tv. But this couch is hard as a rock! It literally left me in pain after laying on it. I have had to purchase additional 4 inch memory foam to make it tolorable. Plus after laying on it a few weeks, and I add we are both of average weight, the part that pulls out to make additional room, has started to drop so now it is not equal between the main couch and pull out. So again, had to be inventive and place several sheets of cardboard to try and make flat surface to lay on. Also the couch design of put together is very unstable. The arms feel like they are gonna come off main couch as they are only attached by brackets that fit together. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS!!!

This sofa exceeded my expectations! I was hesitant at first due to some negative reviews, but the assembly process was smooth, taking around 1.5 hours. The cushions are comfortable, and the pull-out bed works like a charm. The customer service was responsive and helpful when I had a question about the assembly. I highly recommend this sofa for its quality and affordability.

I bought this sofa and it comes with two parts, they shipped one part and I received but not the other. The customer service responded that they will send the second part, once I received the second part and assembled it, it turns out be the same part as I received. I contacted the customer service immediately and they wont ship the correct one but ask me to ship back BOTH part that I already assembled with the ORIGINAL package, which is unreasonable for those large cases. I doubt the professionalism of this brand since the customer will be the person who should be responsible for their mistake. The only thing I want is a complete sofa, now they ask me either to ship it back in the original package or I get a 50% refund for re-assembly fee.

The couch arrived damaged. OJCommerce was extremely helpful in resolving the situation. I dont really have a review for the couch because I didnt use it. Im just pleased with the customer service I received from OJCommerce.

Im in love with this pull-out sofa bed. Its the perfect size and very inviting. Assembly took about two hours, and the instructions were relatively simple. The couch serves as a gathering spot for watching TV, and its comfortable and spacious. The purchase has exceeded my expectations.

I give this sofa one star only because it is cute however I give it a bad review for comfort. It is very uncomfortable. There is no padding, you would have more comfort sitting on the floor. I had read all the reviews before purchasing, ALL missleading. I have called to get assistance to return, customer service tells me we will call you back which they have not. I called again to follow up and they tell me the system is down they can not assist. This is not an everyday sofa to relax and lounge.

Sofa itself looks really good in pictures. I have had it for over 4 months but it is so uncomfortable to sit on. When you sit you can actually feel the wood and different sections in the sofa, which says a lot about the quality of the seat cushioning. The backs are already sliding of and looking so tacky as if i have had it for 10 years. If that is not all, it shows lint all over the surface.

This sofa is very comfortable and spacious for the entire lot of us and our pet to settle down comfortably for a fun gathering as often as we can. When we have guests sleeping over, I find it very easy to convert this to bed and add a very spacious sleeping space that most people compliment us about. The storage chaise holds the extra pillows and blankets we need for our guests and everything can be conveniently organized in this unit. When I try my small living room makeover projects, I find it easy to reverse this sofa when I want to use the floor differently. I am very happy with this reversible sofa.

Definitely worth it for the price! Some initial confusion during delivery, but the seller promptly addressed a damaged cushion. Clear and easy-to-follow assembly instructions made it doable solo, though an extra pair of hands wouldnt hurt. Cushions are slightly thin, but they can be filled. Lower to the floor than expected, but the overall package is nice, especially with spacious storage.

I received my couch on Saturday, and it was very simple to assemble. I was wondering about the description where it detailed the couch as being made of velvet. It is not really velvet or velveteen, but more like car upholstery with which I was pleased. I ordered the couch and received it within 7 business days. I had never previously heard of OJ Commerce, but I would definitely consider them for purchases in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Purchased this couch based off of great reviews. It is definitely a kids sized couch. It is poorly made - the arm rests do not line up properly therefore the couch is completely uneven and not usable and cannot be returned since I have already attempted to assemble it. The cushions are very thin and not comfortable and nowhere near deep enough for anyone over 4ft tall. Would not recommend.

I bought thinking that firm meant hard but with cushion. There is NO cushion and feels like you are sitting on wood with cloth over it. I know it is cheap, and looks/sounds great, but highly recommend finding something else.
