I had some problems but they figured out right away

Just what I was looking for, affordable couch that is perfect size for my living room. Armrest would have been easier to assemble if put on from top to bottom instead of lifting large section of couch to attach. Arrived damaged but customer service was great and remedied the problem without incident. Overall satisfied with couch

Look no further! This couch is so comfortable, easy to assemble, fits in our tiny townhouse, and has some wonderful additions. Weve had it for approximately 3 months, and we just always keep the extension out. We snuggle and watch movies all the time now. Perfect for a family!

I was able to put this sectional together myself without any issues. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The quality is great.

This couch is super cool indeed! Loving the storage and how it pops out. More comfortable than many conventional pullout sofa beds and much easier to operate. While not luxurious, its far from uncomfortable. Assembly was clear, though extensive. An awesome sofa, especially for small spaces, and the price is pretty decent for a sofa bed.

Bought to replace our rv sofa, fits the space wonderfully! Couch fabric is very nice, easy to put together. Storage is huge! Couch for price is wonderful, very firm. Will use for extra sleeping place so topper is a must. We are over 6ft and can lay end to end with out being cramped. If you are looking for something for everyday use and like firm this is for you!

This sofa was perfect for our small space and storing all my kids toys. I was a bit disappointed in how hard it was but thought it will soften up with use. However, it seems like this one may be more decorational than practical. Its been about 2 or 3 months and the wood fram cracks when sitting on it. Im scared its gonna break soon and I will have to look for another sofa. You gotta slowly sit down because if you sit on it too hard or too fast, the cracks sound worse. Shame as I really liked this

This couch is rock hard. Im actually in shock on how uncomfortable this is.

I bought this item thinking it would be easy to assemble but its not. The ottoman part does not slide in and so now i have to keep it separate because i can not get it to slide down to the ground to fit. One of the arms do not go to the ground, and what the point of the legs if they do not slide down. So this was a waste of money. I should just gotten a regular sofa, but now im stuck with this and im very upset.?? I would not recommend this sofa at all. None of the parts fit snug like the picture. False advertisement!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! They will take your money, and push your order back WEEK AFTER WEEK. I ordered this couch on July 23rd, and they told me it would be shipped out August 11th. Then they pushed it back to August 14th-16th. I called in today and now they are saying it wont ship out until September 29th!! That is RIDICULOUS! The money has already been taken from my account and I have to wait 2 months for my couch to ship?? More like two months for them to tell me that they wont be able to ship it out until December 2021. I AM FED UP. This is the WORST website to purchase any item on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!

The furniture looks like the picture but is as comfortable as sitting on the cement.

The assembly process was surprisingly straightforward and didnt take long at all. I appreciate how easy it was to set up this sofa.

This purchase is worth every penny. Its cute, generously sized, and despite some confusion during delivery, the result is impressive. The loungers may separate easily, but for the price, its a minor inconvenience. Solid and firm, not to mention the sellers quick response to a damaged cushion. Assembly directions are clear, and its a great deal overall.

We love this l-shaped couch! we put in our loft and the storage feature of the chaise is perfect. Attaching the ends/arm rests and the pieces together were a little tricky - need 2 people for that part. Its looks really nice and was a fabulous price! Pulling the bottom part out to create a bed is very seamless and easy to use. We are very happy with our purchase!

Perfect for room

I was worried about ordering online. I received an email every time I wrote and it made me feel better about the purchase. The feel of the material is great and the modules are easy to put together. However, they did not send enough screws to get the feet on each section. Also, the front board for the pullout is not attached well and feels as if it will pull out any minute. So I have to go buy more screws to put on all the feet and I will have to find a way to pullout the sofa without breaking the front board off. Feels good when sitting or sleeping so for the low price it was not a bad purchase. Just wish it had been sturdy from the start.
