Probably the cheapest most uncomfortable couch ever built. The couch came with a broken arm rest. Most of the screws that hold the chaise lounge together were stripped, the back rests of the couch is constantly loose because the screws are stripped.They were nice enough to send me a replacement couch which also had a broken arm rest and the entire front of the couch was broken. So even between both couches, I dont have enough pieces to make one decent couch. Complete waste of money. So my advice, spend an extra few hundred bucks, and dont buy this cheap china crap

I was hesitant about ordering an L-shaped couch online, but this one exceeded my expectations. The delivery came in two parts, and assembly was a breeze with clear instructions. The grey hue blends seamlessly with my space, and the L-shape provides ample seating for family gatherings. The cushions are comfortable, and the pullout bed is an added bonus for guests. Overall, a fantastic addition to my living room!

the pullout seat came in defective with 1 wheel missing. I did not notice it until it was too late. Customer service was disgustingly disappointing. Not reliable!

This review is more in regards to the lack of communication and shipping problems we experienced than for the actual sofa since we only ever received one half of a damaged sofa in the end. We never got shipping info and the first half of our order arrived 3 weeks later than the "expected" delivery date- so 5 wks of wait time. Huge tear in the box upon delivery, chaise cushions torn as well. Called and OJCommerce said the 2nd box should arrive in 2 days and to email them pics of damage so they could resend those pieces in the mean time. Done. No reply. 2nd box never arrives. Call again. They say 2nd box was also damaged and isnt getting delivered (I have no couch!!) and they refunded me so I can just dispose of 1st piece and find a new sofa and start the whole process over now! What?!?

This couch is precisely what I needed in terms of length, sleeper function, and price. It arrived earlier than expected, and assembly was easy despite the absence of clear reviews for the model. Comfort is rated at 8.5/10, and the cushions and pillows fluff up nicely after being vacuum-sealed. The couchs overall appearance and functionality make it highly recommended.

Not Comfortable at all for the price it needs a lot of more padding or better type. Now I have spend another $100 to buy cushions. it is nice and easy to assemble but it lacks comfort.

Lightning-fast delivery and a perfect fit for my small space! Assembling everything was a breeze. Ordered to accommodate extra visitors, and this couch has turned my office into a second hangout spot. The dark grey looks classy, cushions are soft, and its a pullout bed at night. Looks more expensive than it is. Minus one star for the assembly process.

Sofa arrived in two separate FedEx deliveries. Easily put together no more than 20 minutes. The couch is exactly what I was looking for and fits perfectly in a spare bedroom/den. Quality material cushions firm and comfortable. Very pleased with purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for - a stylish couch that folds out to a bed.

This couch is perfect for my movie nights. We sit on it for at least two hours every night, and the adjustable bed adds a cozy element for snuggling and watching shows. Its a great product for the price, with easy-to-follow directions and functional storage and pull-out bed. Highly recommended for small living rooms.

The reversibility of the chaise makes it so nothing is permanently attached. Not the back & not the arm. This means it practically falls apart if one wants to scoot it a few inches one way or the other. Also, one of the backs came warped and does not fit straight into its grooves. I notice only the measurement of the chaise is listed, so you dont realise how shallow the normal seats are. The pull out function is really nice and works well enough, but I am concerned about persistently putting weight on the chairs if trying to use the rest of the sofa like the chaise. I am not sure how much weight the hollow space can take, or even what is recommended as a max weight for the unit itself. Is okay, especially for less that $500. Probably not a long-term primary family couch.

The storage chaise is my favorite part of this sectional. Its so convenient for keeping things organized. The cushions are also very comfortable.
