For short-legged people. This should have been addressed. Sleeper is super uncomfortable too.

I wanted to love this with the hidden storage and the pullout cushion for sleeping. Itnos so hard and feels more like sitting on a rock. I am so disappointed and am already looking for another option

Comes in 2 boxes.As a senior youre gonna need help moving them. Came with 8 screws for mounting legs, 8 legs 2 screws each...dont work

I am well on my way to catching up on my movie wishlist after I got this convertible sofa. It is convenient to lean back for a few hours as we get through our watching and then I can quickly convert it to bed so we dont even have to make the long walk to the bedroom! I had a very good communication with the company, got answers to my questions on time. My husband is worried about the quality of the couch. Overall I am a pleased customer.

Upon receipt we found that this sofa did not meet our expectations. It took only one phone call to be sent a return shipping label. Having to provide original packing materials proved difficult since the original box was badly torn (though no damage to product) and we did end up paying for return shipping (cost was deducted from refund), I do nevertheless appreciate the no-questions-asked-return policy.

I have not received all of the pieces and the delivery was horrible. It was left outside in the rain and they didnt even ring the doorbell.
